Utility customers will see billing changes beginning with their February Bill.
As part of a planned software upgrade, the billing service provider will be changed to BS&A Software, which is expected to provide a more reliable and consistent experience for utility customers. With a number of issues experienced with the prior billing service provider, it was determined that the best course of action would be to make this change in conjunction with the software upgrade.
Any customers who have outstanding balances due for invoices prior to February 2025, those balances must be paid in person at Town Hall using cash, check, credit card or debit card.
