Accident Reports and Police Reports taken by Chesterfield Police Department are considered to be public record and are available to anyone who wishes to obtain copies. Depending on the nature an investigation, redaction of victim and/or juvenile data may be required.  All copies are available at the current fee of $8.00 per copy. Multiple copies may be discounted at the discretion of the Chief of Police or the Town Council.

Reports may be obtained in-person during the following times at the Police Station:

• Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
• Weekends and After Hours: By appointment only
