Chief Cole's leadership emphasizes community outreach, mental health services, and professional accountability.
He joined the agency following a 37-year career with the Madison County Sheriff's Department
Assistant Chief Painter, a member of the department since 2011.
He specializes in firearms instruction and technical rescue tactics and oversees both the patrol and investigations divisions
The department consists of the Chief, Assistant Chief, 4 full-time officers, and 10 reserve officers.
All personnel are fully certified law enforcement professionals in the State of Indiana
