Chesterfield, IN Town Council

The Town Council serves as Town’s legislative body and is comprised of five elected community members to a four-year term. Furthermore, the Council President, who is elected by the members of the Town council, services as the Town’s Executive. 

The town council is the primary decision-making authority responsible for enacting ordinances, approving budgets, managing town affairs and overseeing everything from public works to economic development.
